Products that have been purchased from ADEW are supported - use this form to start the support process off. Support is only given to the email address which was used to purchase the product.

Support may be provided for free downloads, at ADEW's discretion - just ask.

Support is only provided by Email - no Phone support is provided, even if you supply your phone number. However, you can send a fax to

Response times

During the working week, responses are normally made within 24 hours, Friday afternoon and weekends can take longer. Please note that ADEW are UK based, and that due to time differences there maybe some time delays.
